Frame support.
For public launch, support should use a simple email path instead of pointing users at a private repository or an internal tracker.

- Your browser and version.
- Your operating system.
- The video site or local-file path type you were using, without sending private video files.
- The selected renderer, theme, and visual mode if the issue is visual or performance-related.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Do not send secrets or private media
Support does not need your passwords, account tokens, private keys, payment details, or full private videos. If a screenshot is useful, remove anything sensitive first.
How the support address works
The planned inbound path is Cloudflare Email Routing or an equivalent mailbox provider forwarding messages sent to support@asciiframe.com to the maintainer’s support inbox.
Inbound forwarding and outbound sending are separate. Replies as support@asciiframe.com require a configured mailbox or SMTP sender identity; otherwise replies may come from the mailbox used to handle support.

ASCII Frame’s repository is private, so GitHub Issues are not used as the public support path. Public support copy should keep users on email until a separate public tracker or community channel is deliberately launched.
